A perfect morning routine
Different people follow different kind of routines. They have their morning routine according to their interest, according to their age ,according to their work etc. But very few people set a perfect morning routine and they follow that routine strictly.
Getting up early- For setting a perfect morning routine make a habbit of getting up early in the morning. Fix your waking up time and that must be before sunrise,in starting it will be hard getting up early but once it would become your habbit then no need of alarm or any waking up call.
Drinking water-After waking up immediately drink one glass,two glass of water just according to your capacity with empty stomach.It would immediately boost your energy level, and you would feel energized.Aftewards go to washroom and freshen up.Be careful after drinking water don't immediately have your tea,coffee, milk,juice whatever you take just after 30 minutes or 40 minutes.
Meditation-Simple meaning of meditation is you give rest to your mind and you make a connection with that power,energy, God whatever you believe
Just do simple meditation for 15to20 minutes by closing your eyes and sitting at a silent place. For learning meditation just search a simple meditation technique which is comfortable for you and strat doing that.
Exercise or walk- To feel active, fresh and strong on your body level do exercise or walk daily. Spend 20to30 mintues on your body and feel active whole day.
Mind Feeding-Our mind Feeding is equally important as we feed our body.specially morning time feed your mind with good thoughts, positivity, For this 20 to 30 minutes read,watch,or listen something inspirational, positive or energetic.
Breakfast-Never skip your breakfast, daily have a healthy and simple breakfast.
