5 Habbits to keep your mind healthy
Mind is also equally important as you give Importance to your body,as you feed your body on daily basis your mind also requires some kind of feed only then you can keep it healthy. Here are some simple and very useful ways to keep it healthy.
1.Meditation
Meditation is the best way to keep your mind healthy because your mind also requires rest and which is possible with the help of meditation. Real meaning of meditation is when you try to create a connection between you and that source of energy, almighty, god,universe whatever you believe Meditation not only keeps your mind healthy but also body and soul,are equally important to live a happy life.Everyday start your day and finish your day with meditation.Do meditation 15 to 20 minutes both times by closing your eyes ,by sitting at silence place. Choose any religious mantra(name of almighty) recite that again and again with love,dedication and slowly and listen the sound of that mantra.By practicing it on daily basis you would start getting the results.
2.Read or listen something positive
To keep your mind healthy on daily basis read or listen something positive, every morning just spend 20 to 30 minutes on this and whole day you would feel positive. In today's era each and every person has cellphone,just take the benefit of this device. When you pick up your phone in the morning time listen something positive, read something positive and you would feel this thing is setting the tone for my rest of the day.This thing not only beneficial for your mental health but also for your personal growth.
3.clean and well organized home and workplace
Always keep your home and workplace clean and well organized to get more mental clarity because if your place is messy you would also feel messy on mind level.Include this thing in your morning routine when you start doing your house chores or sit at workplace first cleanliness and well organization needed.
4.Alone time
On daily basis during day set your alone time to keep your mind calm and peaceful, in your alone time you can spend time with nature,you can take rest by simply laying down etc. Mainly this is the best way to avoid difficult people around you and manage you mind.In other words we can say in your alone time do something for your self improvement which would give happiness on mind level and at the same you can save your energy
5.Body care
As you know our body and mind is interconnected, when you take care of your body well obviously your mind would feel fresh and relax.Everyday take care of your food what are you eating, when you are eating and in how much quantity. Every day take shower,change your clothes and dress well before starting your work. Even when you are at home don't skip these things to feel good on body level as well as on mind level.
