We usually hear this thing health is wealth and without good health other all things are useless. You can't enjoy anything if you don't have a good health ,give first priority to your health on daily basis other all things comes afterwards .Here are some simple ways easy to follow to keep yourself fit and healthy.
1. Eat simple food and on time
This is the first thing just take care what you are eating and when you are eating.Fix your timing for every meal and stick with that prefer to eat home made food and simple one. sometimes you can eat outside food but avoid on daily basis,don't overeat just eat according to your need.
2. Walk or exercise
Our body is like a machine it also requires movement to keep it healthy and fit.Now it depends on you what kind of movement you like ,you may choose walk or exercise, if you do physical work more that is also one kind of exercise this option works for those who don't have enough separate time for exercise or walk ,do any physical work.Do walk or exercise on daily basis morning or evening time just for 20 to 30 minutes, if its possible morning time is the best time.walk or exercise is not just beneficial for your health it's also equally beneficial for your mind.

As we there is more percentage of water in our body so our body needs more water.Just after waking up drink water according to your capacity with empty stomach. Positive mindset is very much needed for healthy body beacuse your mind and body is interconnected if you are not feeling well on mind level definitely you would not feel good on body level. So for keeping your body fit and healthy maintain positive mindset, for that daily read or listen something positve and inspirational. Surround yourself with positive people to get motivation and who lift you up.Best way to maintain positive mindset is do meditation two times everyday for 15to20 mints in the morning time and before going to bed.

Just two simple affirmations ..I am fit..I am healthy..say out loud to yourself self by standing in front of mirror when you get ready.
