How to spend your day happily

Everyone wants to live a happy life but few people actually live. Your each day decides how your life will be? Think about your days instead of thinking of whole life, start living happy days that leads to a happy life. Here are some ways how you should spend your day happily. 
1.Create morning routine
If you want to spend your each day happily first of all you must create a good morning routine because if you are starting your day in a right way definitely you would feel good whole day.Your morning routine sets the tone for your rest of the day.In your morning routine you must include meditation,
exercise or walk,read or listen something positive. One hour morning routine is enough divide your time according to that for each activity. 
2.Time management 
If you want to be satisfied and feel good about day then time management plays vital role for that.Manage your time for each and every task of the day also includes your sleeping and waking up time.First give priority to import-ant tasks and then do others,by managing your time well you would feel I am in discipline and at the end of the day definitely you feel good about yourself. people around you would be impressed from you, apperci-ate you and get motivated from you. 
3.Meditation 
Meditation is connection between you and almighty, power,energy or universe whatever you believe. Do meditation daily two times to feel relax and happy.choose any simple meditation technique and do by sitting at silent place for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning time and before going to bed.After doing meditation you mind and body would feel relax then you can handle each and every thing peacefully during other part of the day.
4.Fun time with family
If you have a good relationship with each member of the family definitely you would feel happy. To maintain good relationship fun time on daily basis is very important ,when you spend time with your family your bond becomes strong.It doesn't mean you have to spend a long hours with them but how much time you are spending that must be quality time,realize them you enjoy their company you care for them. For good relationship with family learn to adjust,help one and another,increase your tolerance power, treat others with love and respect. 
5. Create positive thoughts 
Thoughts has power to change your mood immediately so in morning time create positive thoughts for the day like what a wonderful day,something good will happen today,I am grateful for today etc. These type of thoughts force you to take action to make your day wonderful.Never underestimate the power of morning thoughts, what type of thoughts you are creating morning time that type of your day will be.
Practice these ways until it becomes your habbit and start spending your day happily.
