Work joyfully is more important than work hard

Everyone usually talk about the importance of work hard and it is needed too for achieving success in life. But if you are working hard and you are not enjoying your work then also you can achieve success on the basis of hard work but not satisfactory success. Here are some simple points why work joyfully is important. 
1.No tiredness 
You see people do lots of hard work at home and at work place also but very few people who remain active whole day and at the end of the day also you don't see any kind of tiredness on their faces.The reason behind that is very simple they enjoy their work and when you enjoy any thing your body also cooperates you ,you can take work from your body as much as you want without any tiredness. 
2.Better quality 
Everyone like better quality work and this is only possible when you love your work,when you enjoy your work.This is obvious thing when you enjoy to do anything you give full attention, full focus to that you add your feelings and emotions in that ,when you do your work this way automatically your quality of work would be unbelievable. 
3. Appreciation 
When you do any work at home or at your workplace happily then people around you start observing you and you get appreciation from them due to your this attitude and obviously work joyfully directly proportional to quality of work also they appreciate. You use to heard this from elders do less but do with interest that leads to happy relationships with people around you also.
4.Earn more money 
Majority of people when they start any work or even before starting they just start thinking about earning that how much they can earn,their focus is not on learning and if they will not learn how they can earn more, first love your work enjoy your work then each day you would learn something new which makes you expert in your work and you can earn that much even you never think of that.
5.Peace of mind
By showing interest in your work,even if you are doing less but happily,earning less but enjoying your work then in the end of the day one kind of inner satisfaction you feel that leads to peace of mind which is real demand of everybody before  going to bed that doesn't come with earning more and more it only comes when you do your work joyfully.
