How to cope with stress?

**I have ton of excitement in my life, I used to call it stress but I feel much better now that I call it excitement.** This is the one way to deal with stress,there are some other simple ways,apply in your life to get the positive results.
Read or listen something positive Everyday 

To cope with any kind of stress you must have a positive mindset.Listen or read something positive everyday in the morning for 20 to 30 minutes with consistency to have positive mindset. After some days of doing this you will see the change in your thought process and you can deal with any situation very peacefully.

Mange your time well

People feel stressed even for minor things even on daily basis like they will reach on time at office or not.For these type of daily basis stresses manage you time well to do work peacefully whole day at home or at work place.First of all fix your waking up and sleeping time , make a habbit to get up early in the morning.Plan your day before going to bed so you can start your day comfortably without any worry,give priority to important works first.Instead of doing multiple tasks at one time just do one work at one time with full concentration and focus.

Stop overthinking 

One of the major reason that causes stress is overthinking, always keep yourself busy that will be helpful in avoiding the negative thoughts beacuse when you free than you think more and most of the time negative thoughts. When you face any problem or challenge in your mind focus on solution instead of thinking too much about the problem and if there is no solution of that problem then change your mindset ,divert your mind towards other things.

Always be grateful 

No matter what you are going through, there is always something you can be grateful for in your life. So when you get up in the morning first thing pay gratitude to god,definitely when you pay gratitude you will get the more chances to be grateful for.when you are grateful for the things which you have,then there will be a one kind of satisfaction always in you and you can be stress free.
