Mental health is just as important as physical health

Everyone take care of their physical health in some way but very few people take care of their mental health.For prosperous life it's very important to focus on your mental health also as you focus on your physical health.As you feed your mind on daily basis ,you well know without this life is not possible same thing with mind also,your mind also requires one kind of feed to keep it healthy.No doubt your mind and body are interconnected what you do on your body level to keep it fit and healthy,that's beneficial for your mind also but even then some are important Habbits you should adopt to keep it healthy.What kind of mind you have,dpends upon what you watch or listen and read on daily basis, through these activities you feed your mind subconsciously and your thought process will be like that.To have healthy and fit mind include one thing in your morning routine,read or listen something positive 20 to 30 mints everyday. In this internet era everything available online,when you pick your phone try to read or listen something inspirational, motivational and make a habbit to read the biographies and autobiographies of successful ,spiritual and positive people.As you feed your body time to time during day when you feel hungry to keep it alive ,do something for mind also when you don't feel good on mind level,be alert feed your mind immediately by listening or reading something positive.This is also very important when you read or listen something positive, read or listen related to each and every area of life .In this way when you do daily this then you would take actions to improve every area of life.Give priority to each and every area of life because to have a healthy and peaceful mind there must be balance in each and every area of life.Your mind is also the part of your body so physical health of mind is also important as other parts of body , have  some nutritious food on daily  basis to keep it physically fit.So once you start working on your mental health you would start noticing you are spending your each and every day peacefully and happily.
