The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit

Most of the times when people start any work they always think about the end result and they become impatient,they want the immediate result which is not possible and they give up.First of all keep in mind this every little thing has its natural course,don't expect the end result before time and second thing it dpends upon how the work is small or big and how much efforts you are putting in that.Instead of focusing on the end result focus on each step you are taking towards the goal.During the process you may have to change the plan what you made in the beginning, you may have to face failures, obstacles. When you think about the end result you have to keep in mind these things,these things may extend the time period of process but never give up and never loose hope,have a patience and continously take the right action towards your goal.During the process you easily come to know you are taking right step or wrong step,if on any step it's taking time and you are not going anywhere just examine the thing and take right kind of action,don't waste your time.For the right kind of action you can talk to,listen to those kind of people who are already successful in related field and you can keep any mentor who guide you well,By their work experience they can show you the way,they can tell you right kind of action which help you to reach the destination with in right time period.
By having a patience you not only reach the destination easily but also your growth will be more,you can learn more and you will be satisfied with end result. 
So during any kind of process related to any area of life practice patience to get a desired result and live happy and peaceful life.
