Human mind is not less than miracle if you know how to take care of your mind as you take care of your body.As you feed your body time to time and do exercise or walk to keep it healthy and fit ,same what you do for your mind to keep it calm in every situation. With calm mind you can get the solution of anything because calm mind is not a lazy mind it's strong and active mind.
On daily basis take care of your mind well to keep it healthy and strong.Here are some ways to have a strongest mind.
Start your day by reading or listening something positive 
Each morning listen or read something positive to set the tone for the day and feel whole day positive and active on mind level.When you read or listen something it actually changes you internally and you automatically start taking action to make your life better.
Clean and well organized space
Your environment matters a lot where you live or do work,if your space is clean and well organized you can feel the vibes of calmness.First of all whether you're at home or at work before doing anything else first clean and well organized your space .If your space is messy your mind will be messy,due to messy mind your productivity will be affected. 
Walk and observe nature
Your body and mind are interconnected, how you feel on body level affect your mind also.To feel relax and peaceful everyday spend time few minutes  in the morning or evening in nature.When you walk in nature or deeply observe the beauty of nature you feel connected to creator and you mind goes in a very peaceful state.
Don't check your phone every minute 
For your mental peace fix your timing for checking phone instead of checking again and again. Especially don't check phone in the morning  because if there is something negative you're watching on your phone in the morning you may ruin your whole day.This is also one kind of stress on your mind when you think about what's new there then you check your phone every single minute and disturb your mind.
