Move your body,make yourself fit and healthy

Instead of trying different-2 things to keep yourself fit and healthy, adopt one of the simplest thing is move your body after waking up in the morning. For the movement of body you can choose whatever you like walk,exercise, housechores, dance etc. Actually our body is also like a machine if you don't use any machine on regular basis or for many days,after some time it starts showing faults and not work properly.Same thing with body if you not move your body in any way ,you will not feel to do any work and invite different type of health related problems. 
To keep yourself fit and healthy make a habbit to waking up early in the morning and spend few minutes on your body.When you spend time on your body ,you not only feel good on body level but you will start noticing you feel also good on mind level. Our mind and body both are interconnected what you do on body level,you can take that benefit on mind level also and vice versa. 
In the morning ,on consistent basis if you start moving your body after some days you will start noticing which problems you already had that also you are recovering. 
People spend lot of money on their health but movement of body is free of cost just spend few minutes on your body in the morning ,eat according to your need and on time,definitely then no need to go to any gym or any doctor. Just at home,in this way by take caring of yourself everyday you can make yourself healthy and fit .
