How to keep body fit and healthy
Your health is the main pillar of life, if you have health you can manage each and everything in your life. Each day first of all give priority to your health then do something else.Take rensponsibility to take care of your health if you want to enjoy your life to the fullest. Here are some ways to keep yourself fit and healthy by following on consistent basis.
Eat according to need or time
You're the best doctor of your body, you well know how much your body requires food,never eat more due to taste because when you eat more than your need ,each and every bite will disturb your system.Secondly eat on time ,just fix your time for eating because then your body knows it's eating time and it perpared itself to take food at the same time.
Movement of body
Our body is not made for just sit at one place,it requires movement to function well. To make your body fit and healthy everyday spend time on your body by doing exercise or walk or you can do any physical work. As you move your body it's not only good for your physical health but mental health also because when you keep on sitting at one place you think more which is not good for your mental health.
Read or listen something positive
Your body and mind both are interconnected what you do on body level your mind feels and vice versa.Each day read or listen something positive to have a positive mindset which helps you to take a positive actions in your life obviously including your physical health.
Affirmations
Affirmations are powerful which forces you take action, everyday by standing in front of mirror say"I am healthy and fit".As you speak this on daily basis to yourself ,automatically you will start taking actions to make yourself fit and healthy.
Drink water
To digest your food and get rid of waste drink more water. Water is the main ingredient in perspiration as we called sweat and also it makes your immune system strong to keep you away from many type of diseases.
