Only you're responsible the way you feel

The way you feel totally dpends upon what kind thoughts are going on in your mind ,thoughts don't come automatically it's totally your making like in what kind of environment you're living,what you listen,watch and read that type of yours thinking become and obviously that type of thoughts will be there which makes you happy, sad or miserable. 

People always blame others I am happy or sad or whatever because of that person but no actually what type of thoughts you create inside that's the  cause of your different type of feelings because no body can go inside of you that's only your place and it's only in your hand what kind of that place you want to make.Make your inner self this much beautiful and strong to feel in whatever way you want to feel.

Your thought process must be in right direction to feel happy most of the times.To have right thought process, on daily basis spend some time on yourself like do meditation and read or listen something positive. Start your day by doing these activities and after some days you start feeling my thoughts process is on track.

Actually your mornings set the tone for your rest of the day that how your day will be.So be careful what you're listening, reading or watching and what type of conversations you have in the morning with people around you because what you do in the morning whole day there will be a chain of thoughts related to that and you feel accordingly.

 So to feel good don't consume anything wrong in the form of reading,listening, watching and conversations with people around you ,definitely you will start spending your day happily and also be the reason for people around you that they could also spend there days happily too because of your positive and beautiful vibes.
